Electric Express Train (EET)

GMC is honored to work on Alexandria one station (Green Line) & Minya Station (Blue Line), as the electric high-speed train is a huge civilizational transport in the field of electric rail transport. It extends with a length of 660 km and will connect Ain Sukhna on the Red Sea, with Marsa Matrouh and Alexandria on the Mediterranean. It is similar to the role played by the Suez Canal in linking the two seas but via railways. It is also the second high-speed electric train to be established in the continent of Africa after the Burqa train in Morocco, which was established in 2018, linking Casablanca and Tangiers.
