33 Buildings

GMC is responsible for the execution of the 33 building turnkey project. The project represents an initiative approach by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Urban Communities Authorities, and the Social Housing and Mortgage Fund to provide housing for low-income groups. Each of the 33 buildings consists of 6 floors with 4 apartments per floor.
GMC’s scope of work includes the construction all the way to final interior finishing and exterior landscaping for the project as a whole, as well as the finishing of the main gate. In a remarkably time-efficient manner, successful execution by GMC was achieved in merely one year.
