New Capital Administration Building

The project is located in the heart of the financial and business district of the New Administrative Capital.
Featuring exceptionally modern architectural design, the project is meant to help encourage distinguished Egyptian and International companies to locate their administrative headquarters within the New Capital.
Covering an area of approximately 5900 square meters, the project consists of 2 basements, a ground floor, and 7 identical floors, in addition to the service rooms located on the roof.
This also includes the delivery of earthworks, concrete works, finishes and electromechanical works.
The excavation work was carried out at a depth of 8 meters below natural ground level, hence warranting the design and implementation of an engineering system to support the sides of the excavation.
